All our orders ship from California. In the USA, our options are USPS Media Mail, USPS First Class Package, and USPS Priority Mail. In Canada, our options are USPS First Class Package International and USPS Priority Mail International.

At this point, we are shipping to addresses in the United States and Canada. You can contact me to have a local printer shipped to you! You can also purchase copies on websites like Amazon, Barnes and Nobles, and Bookshop.
